This on-loan agreement (“loan”) dated as of, is between Chao Zhuo Office Equipment & Service Company, with its office at (“Loaner”), and_______________________________ , with its office at (“Loanee”).
根据合同条款所述，出租人同意在租用期限内向承租人出租租用物件，承租人也同意对本租用物件以接受。
LOANER agrees to loan to the LOANEE and the LOANEE agrees to loan from LOANER, the equipment (the “Equipment”) described in this Agreement for the entire Term of loan as stipulated herein, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

二、付款保证：意味着承租人对以下事宜作出的保证
GUARANTEED PAYMENT： means guarantee by the loanee of the following undertakings
1、租用期限（Term of Lease）：_______________________________________________
2、保证金（Deposit）：_______________________________________________________
3、维修保养服务费（Service Charge）：每台机器每月印量不超过________ 张时，只收取￥________ 元/月的基础租用费，超出部份按￥________ 元/张收取超量复印费，甲方根据乙方的实用张数填好收款单据，乙方收到单据后一周内将款项转入甲方帐户内，否则甲方有权在押金中扣除，并按照乙方违约处理。

为提高乙方的工作效率，节省办公费用的开支，现经甲、乙双方友好协商，甲方同意向乙方出租复印机并签订以下协议，由双方共同遵守：
The loanee undertakes to pay all the above-mentioned installment to the loaner in sight of the receipt prepared by the loaner within 5 working days. Otherwise, The Loaner has the right to withdraw the payment from the Deposit and ask the Loanee to commit the Penalties accordingly.
一、 租用内容（TERMS AND CONDITIONS）：
1、租用期间甲方无条件为乙方免费供应整机所需的维修配件及消耗材料（纸除外，由乙方负责购买，甲方可免费送货上门）
During the on-loan period, the Loaner shall, support all the parts & consumable requested to keep the Equipment in good serviceable condition & working order, at its own cost & expense (Except of paper, The loaner can buy for it according to the loanee’s order and charge the relative expense to the loanee)
2、 租用期间，如果机器发生故障，乙方应马上电话告知甲方，甲方在6个工作小时内到达并免费为乙方维修及更换零件。
During the on-loan period, The loanee shall inform the loaner in case that the Equipment can not work normally, the loaner promise to service to door, within 6 hours to repair the Equipment in its own cost & expense.
二、租用期内以下原因造成所需的维修及零配件的更换费用，概由乙方承担，与甲方无关：
During the on-loan period, the loanee shall assume the below mentioned risk，if the case happen, the loanee shall undertake all the cost & expense which the loaner use to recover the equipment.
1、由于自然灾害、错误操作或故意损坏造成的维修及零配件的更换费用。
Natural disaster, rude operation, Equipment damage because of purposive behaviors
2、非本公司维修部维修及使用非本公司规定的消耗材料。
Equipment problem because of using the consumable/parts, which is not provided by loaner, or repairing, which is not dispatched by the loaner.
三、违约责任（Default）：
1、如果甲方无故终止协议，则扣罚三个月的基础月租；
2、如果乙方中途退机，甲方同样有权扣罚乙方三个月的基础月租，并收回所有未收款项、复印机及附件。
If the loaner/or the Loanee unilateral terminate the Agreement without reasonable cause, 3 month Basic service charge shall be the Penalties to the side which request unreasonable termination. And the Loaner is authorized to take back the Equipment.
四、其它（Others）：
期满前壹个月双方应相互知照，是否继续延长协议并重新签订新协议。
A month time before the expire, This Agreement shall be renewed if the Loaner and Loanee have not any problem for service continue.
